Ingredients for 4 persons

Peppersweet filled with fresh cheese
Sunnypepp filled with fresh cheese
Goat’s milk cheese roll natural
Pitted Kalamata olives
Fresh cheese rolled in zucchini
Pomodori secchi
Roasted peppers
Waldviertler smoked cheese
Waldviertler sheep’s milk cheese with pumpkin seeds
Goat’s milk cheese tart with cranberries and honey
Prosciutto, nuts, soft pretzel sticks

 

 

Preparation

Pat antipasti dry, cut cheese to desired thickness and arrange on a platter with prosciutto, nuts and soft pretzel sticks. Serve and enjoy!
