The star within our antipasti-assortment is the “Peppersweet”. After a careful ripening of our own seeds on our partners´ fields in the south of Europe, every single fruit is handpicked – which is essential for good harvest results. Following, the fruits receive their heart of finest fresh cheese in Vitis and become a real “Peppersweet”.

Superstar Peppersweet
The original
The fruit is a special variety characterised by its crisp bite and mild, sweet taste. By longstanding tradition, the seed for this much-loved fruit is patiently and painstakingly raised. Only in this way we can guarantee that each individual fruit has a good crisp bite and full-flavoured flesh. As soon as the cherry pepper is ripe, it is carefully hand-picked as nature intended. The fruits are then given their "heart" of finest fresh cheese.
