Cheese varieties

Our cheese is handmade according to traditional Waldviertel recipes. The curd is cut by hand and the subsequent production stages are also mainly carried out by hand. It all started with our "Schafsgupferl", and we now have a wide range of fresh cheese and fresh cheese preparations, soft cheese, and semi-hard cheese.
