Fry the pine nuts in a pan without oil until golden-brown, take them out of the pan and leave to cool.
Mix the fresh cheese preparation “feine Ziege” (Exquisite goat´s milk cheese spread) up with salt, pepper, 1 tsp liquid honey and 1 tbsp. lemon juice and season to taste.
Wash the pears, half them and remove the core with a spoon. Drizzle the pears with the rest of the lemon juice and place them on a platter. Fill the fruits with the fresh cheese preparation and sprinkle them with pine nuts and chopped chives before you spread with honey and serve.
