In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and season with a pinch of salt. Place flour, egg mix and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. First coat each fresh cheese roll with flour, then dip into egg mix and then roll in breadcrumbs. Press firmly to make sure the coating sticks.
Fry breaded fresh cheese rolls in hot oil until golden brown. To make sure no cheese will leak out, repeat the breading a second time. Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve with the Peppersweet chutney.
