Ingredients for 4 servings
For the chia pudding:
120 g chia seeds
1 l sheep’s milk
Dried fruits, such as goji berries, mulberries,…
Stir the chia seeds into the sheep's milk with a whisk.
Let the chia pudding soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, better overnight.
Cut the apple into small cubes, wash and dry the raspberries, roughly chop the dried fruits. Fill the chia pudding into jars and top with the fruits.
