Baked potatoes with "feine Ziege" topping

Ofenkartoffel mit Topping von der feinen Ziege


Pinch of salt
“feine Ziege” fresh cheese 


Optional: ham and fresh chives



Thoroughly wash the unpeeled potatoes and cook in salted water for 20 – 30 minutes depending on size. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and bake the halved potatoes for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and top with our “feine Ziege” fresh cheese mixture.


Tip: The topping is extra tasty with ham and chives added – simply mix into the “feine Ziege”. 


Preparation time: approx. 20 - 40 min.
