Wild Garlic Sheep´s Curd Cheese

Ingredients for 4 portions

80 g wild garlic

150 g of fine sheep’s curd cheese

1 cup of sheep’s milk cheese

1 tsp of lemon juice

2 tsp of mustard

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of salt




Wash the wild garlic, pat dry and chop finely. Separate the  sheep’s milk cheese from the whey, stir in curd. Mix 4 tbsp of the stirred mass with the sheep’s curd cheese. Mix in the wild garlic, lemon juice and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


Preparation time:  15 min.
Level of difficulty: easy
