Breakfast bowl with energyballs and apricot fruit glaze
Ingredients for 2 servings
2 cups sheep's milk yoghurt
6 tbsp oats
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsps of linseeds
2 tbsps of coconut flakes
2 cups powerballs with apricot fruit glaze
Mix the sheep's milk yoghurt with the honey and 2/3 of the oats and divide it into two bowls.
Place the powerballs and the apricot fruit glaze on top of the yoghurt in both bowls.
Spread the leftover oats as well as lineseeds and coconut flakes on the breakfast bowl in strip form.
