This handcrafted semi-hard cheese from pasteurised sheep´s milk has a very special, piquant-sourly taste and convinces with truffle as well as by its delicate sheep´s milk flavour and its smooth texture. The fresh sheep´s milk of this Waldviertler cheese specialty harmonises perfectly with the spicy and full-bodied taste of the truffle. Our semi-hard cheeses are handcrafted, one by one, according to traditional recipes of our Waldviertel region.
