Waldviertler sheep's milk cheese with poppy seeds
This handcrafted semi-hard cheese from pasteurised sheep´s milk has a very special, piquant-sourly taste and convinces with poppy seeds (a traditional product of our region) as well as by its delicate sheep´s milk flavour and its smooth texture. Our semi-hard cheeses are handcrafted, one by one, according to traditional recipes of our Waldviertel region.
