These especially soft and creamy little balls literally melt in the mouth. Placed in exquisite rapeseed oil and refined with herbs these little balls are a pure taste experience. Our goat´s milk cheese balls were one of our first products and are manufactured according to traditional recipes of our Waldviertel region back then as well as today.
