Our sheep´s milk cheese balls with tomato and basil were chosen as the counters´ favorite 2020 by the German magazine "Käsetheke". They are handcrafted from creamy sheep´s milk cheese and individually coated by hand with dried tomatoes and basil, which gives them a Mediterranean touch. The tender bites go perfectly with salads, are a decorative addition to cheese platters, and are delicious on crusty bread or with wine. In the packaging, they get by without any oil.
