This mild, delicate, semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised sheep´s milk is a new, Mediterranean-inspired variety. Its delicate sheep´s milk flavour, smooth texture, and Mediterranean notes are particularly impressive. Our semi-hard cheeses are handcrafted, one by one, according to traditional recipes of our Waldviertel region.
