Due to its Mediterranean herbs and spices, this aromatic, spicy semi-hard cheese from pasteurised sheep´s milk is particularly suitable for gratinating various dishes such as casseroles or gratins. Even briefly baked on a slice of white or dark bread, this Mediterranean-inspired cheese develops its full, distinctive aroma. Our Mediterrano semi-hard cheese is also ideal for Mediterranean cheese spaetzle. It gives oven dishes and spaetzle a pleasant Mediterranean touch.
