Our olives come from the region of Chalkidiki in the north of Greece. Ever since ancient times, olives of Chalkidiki are especially famous for their fresh taste and their hearty bite. Dry, hot summers and cool winters, with temperatures barely under the freezing point shape the special quality of these olives. The Chalkidiki-olive has a very full and fresh flavour with a slight acidity and a slight bitterness.
