Our olives come from the region of Chalkidiki in the north of Greece and the region of Kalamata in the south of Greece. Ever since ancient times they are especially famous for their unique taste. Dry, hot summers and cool winters, with temperatures barely under the freezing point shape the special quality of these olives. The Chalkidiki-olive has a very full and fresh flavour with a slight acidity and a slight bitterness. The Kalamata olive is a violet-black, almond-shaped olive with a very smooth consistency and a fleshy and distinctive taste. Refined with garlic, these olives are a Mediterranean delight.
