The star within our antipasti-assortment is the “Peppersweet”. After a careful ripening of our own seeds on our partners fields in the south of Europe, every single fruit is handpicked – which is essential for good harvest results. Following, the fruits receive their heart of finest fresh cheese in Vitis and become a real “Peppersweet”. The Peppersweet filled with piquant fresh cheese is a line extension to our classic product and particularly stands out by its piquant flavour.
