The star within our antipasti-segment is the “Peppersweet”. After a careful ripening, every single fruit is handpicked – which is essential for good harvest results. Following, the fruits receive their filling of finest tuna. Placed in preserving jars and due to a specific heat procedure, the vegetables are durable up to one year even without any cooling.
