The organic olives of DIE KÄSEMACHER come from the region of Chalkidiki in the north of Greece. The fields are managed sustainably, under the strictest controls and free of genetic engineering, to guarantee the high quality of these organic vegetables. After a careful harvest, the fresh vegetables are ready for a fast transportation to Austria where they are filled with finest, organic fresh cheese. The antipasti vegetables are then bottled in an environmentally friendly glass jars and labeled with the EU Organic label and the ABG label (Austria-Bio-Garantie).
