With the presentation of our new antipasti variety "Sunnypepp", in the "Innovation" category, we won over the 80-strong jury consisting of cheese sommeliers, specialist journalists, producers and retail representatives. 


"Sunnypepp" is a new addition to our antipasti range. The yellow/orange colour of the cherry peppers makes a contrast with the popular "Peppersweet", and the citrus aroma of the fruit provides a flavourful, innovative change of direction. After a careful ripening, the fruits are picked by hand to ensure careful harvesting. The freshly harvested fruits are deseeded individually by hand after delivery, before being filled with our smooth and creamy fresh cheese preparation.
